How to Make Choco Pops

Recipe by: Naiya Sheth. In earlier recipe we made Cake Pops. They were very delicious and attractive. But in that recipe you need cake crumbs. But if cake crumbs are not available what to do? So for that problem I have a smart solution. And that is choco pops. In this mouth watering recipe you don't need any pre - preparation. Just think and make it. To make it healthy I tried to add lots of roasted nuts. So try this delicious recipe for kids.




Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 2 to 3 minutes
Freezing time - 30 minutes

Ingredients to make Choco Pops:

For pops:

350 grams sweet cookies
3 to 4 table spoon roasted nuts
(cashews, almonds and walnut)
2 table spoon home made cream
1 table spoon butter for roasting nuts
Milk as needed

For coating:

500 grams dark cooking chocolate
250 grams sweet cooking chocolate
Crushed nuts
Tooth pocks or pop sticks as needed


Method to make Choco Pops:

For pops:

  • Roast chopped nuts in butter and keep a side.
  • Crush cookies in chopper.
  • Mall ingredients of pops in a bowl and make semi soft dough from it with sufficient milk.
  • Make equal balls from it.

For coating: 

  • Melt cooking chocolate in double boiler or microwave.

How to assemble:

  • Dip tooth pick or pop stick in melted chocolate and prick in choco ball. Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Keep in refrigerator for minimum 10 minutes.
  • After that remove from refrigerator and again dip whole ball in melted chocolate. At last dip in crushed nuts and prick on hard surface.
  • Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Keep in refrigerator for minimum 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Yummy, delicious Choco Pops are ready to eat.
